The Police & Emergency Services Entrepreneur Training (PESET-1) program is a new learning pathway designed to help Police, Fire Fighters, Paramedics and Emergency Service personnel and their spouses launch or grow a small business with clarity and confidence.
Applications are now open for the 6-week program beginning 17 February.
PESET-1 is adapted from the highly successful Frontline Labs Veteran Entrepreneur Training (VET) initiative—reimagined to support Police and Emergency Services members as they transition into their own business ventures.
Developed alongside business educators, industry experts, and mentors with lived frontline experience, this course blends practical instruction with real-world business insight, helping participants shape business concepts into sustainable commercial pathways.
The program is delivered by certified adult educators with extensive professional backgrounds and is structured to build business capability, community connection, and entrepreneurial confidence.
